Touring is always a major investment and good planning makes a huge difference to your financial success.

We first become involved at the planning stage of the tour, working with your management representatives and agents to set sensible budgets and put in place clear procedures for the authorisation of expenditure and for collecting revenue.

Once the procedures are in place, we’ll control the flow of all monies during the tour, ensuring income from all sources is complete and collected and that no unauthorised expenditure occurs. We’ll also arrange insurances through industry professionals and negotiate with the relevant authorities to achieve the minimum level of with-holding taxes.

During the tour we will produce regular reports of activity against budget and at the end of the tour, a full end-of-tour report.
